Highfive is dedicated to making video conferencing easier, but it's also made its own offices a great place to work. Employees are given a budget to choose their own preferred electronics, and they can choose when and where to work. Most employees probably choose to work from the office though, since it offers daily lunch, breakfast and snacks.
