“There is genuine follow-through on the typical “we care about our employees” rhetoric. I’ve worked for companies in the past that use this rhetoric, but then benefits or use of benefits are limited/conditioned on work performance or other aspects of my job. Here, when executives say “take time off whenever you need it” or similar, there is genuinely no push-back and no requirement to explain myself when leveraging my benefits. “What you see is what you get” is a pretty good descriptor of how the business follows through on what it says to employees, which is great.”
