    After hearing from employees about a desire to have an easier way to donate excess food to the less fortunate, the popular restaurant chain launched a pilot program in partnership with food tech platform Copia and delivery service DoorDash. As of now, 26 of the Cheesecake Factory’s 206 restaurants participate in the program, which donates to local nonprofits. The company says the program is now expanding to all restaurants under its banner. Employees also praise the approachability of management. “I would say that the openness and supportive management team is unparalleled to anywhere else I have worked,” says one worker.
