The perks at Slalom are broad and numerous: GM for a Day allows staff at local offices to shadow their general managers and dig deep into triumphs and challenges, while Slalom on Air is an internal podcast run from the Atlanta office to bolster collaboration and communication. The company has just expanded maternity and paternity leave policies, increasing them from eight to 16 weeks and one to three weeks, respectively. “The culture is the No. 1 reason I work here and will stay here,” says one employee.
