Key to the growth of Arista Networks, a Silicon Valley computer networking company, is its partnerships with major corporations, including Amazon, Microsoft, Google, and Intel. The 10-year-old company has shipped more than 15 million cloud networking ports worldwide. For its second quarter ended in June, Arista recorded revenues of $519.8 million, up 28.3% year over year. The company recently announced plans to acquire Mojo Networks, a cloud-based wireless Internet company. While Arista CEO Jayshree Ullal says the acquisition is in “very early days,” the deal would allow Arista to expand its footprint in the enterprise.
