For the past 23 consecutive quarters, any P&G division under Keith’s leadership has grown. The beauty division she now oversees, including brands such as Pantene, Olay, Head & Shoulders, SK-II, Herbal Essences, and Old Spice, is keeping the streak alive. In fiscal year 2021, revenue surged 8%, and earnings rose 17%. Under Keith’s direction, six of the brands in her portfolio earned more than $1 billion each in annual sales in 2021—two more than in the past year. Keith has also overseen the launch of several initiatives to promote sustainability, responsible beauty, and diversity, such as one of the world’s first reusable, refillable hair care systems at scale, with packaging that uses 60% less plastic.
