Founded in 2003 by Wendy Strgar, Good Clean Love (GCL) is a woman-owned B-corporation that provides vaginal care and intimacy products formulated without petrochemicals, parabens and other ingredients that damage vaginal tissue and increase the risk of vaginal infection.

Social responsibility and environmental stewardship are at the forefront of GCL’s business practices. It uses sustainable green plastic packaging, produces a certified carbon-neutral lubricant, and donates 10% of all web proceedings to nonprofits across the world. Additionally, CEO Strgar founded Positive Community Kitchen, a nonprofit that provides nutritious meals to terminally ill adults and their families. She also volunteers at local high schools by facilitating positivity workshops.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, GCL has shifted its resources to support more digital growth and e-commerce sales. For its brick and mortar business, the company has utilized new promotional channels, participated in virtual summits, and explored new business channels, such as Convenience and Hospitality.
