Louisville, Ky.-based Freedom Metals processes all grades of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap. In addition to buying iron-laden material, the firm also works with plastic, cardboard, and electronic scrap. Freedom sources its recyclables from individuals, scrap metal dealers, industrial clients, and construction and demolition projects.
