Most of the value of the Japanese telecom giant Nippon Telegraph and Telephone, or NTT, comes from its two-thirds stake in NTT DoCoMo–the largest wireless operator in the country. But it’s not the only business run by NTT whose other ventures count millions of broadband customers. In recent years, the company has expanded its global focus with acquisitions outside Japan.
