Data analytics software maker listened to employees in Germany who wanted to be savvier about social media technologies. So the company launched a “Social Summer” last year that not only offered training in the use of tools like Facebook and Twitter, but also resulted in more SAS Institute employees interacting directly with the public, including job seekers.
