The 2009 Cy Young winner is going to be on this list for quite a while, thanks to a six-year, $147 million contract he signed in 2012, from which he will be getting a $23 or 24 million base every year until 2018. This season he gets the final $4 million of his original signing bonus, putting him just above Ryan Howard as the league’s highest-paid player. For the moment he has no active endorsement deals.
