    Minnesota State University–Moorhead requires a GMAT score with an application to its online MBA program, but waivers are considered on a case-by-case basis. Waivers may be granted to those with other graduate degrees, professional certifications, an undergraduate GPA of more than a 3.5 or completing other courses. International students must submit TOEFL scores with an application. Two letters of recommendation are required with the application. Applications are due April 15.
