IT’S AN ALL-DIGITAL ECONOMY. SO HOW CAN YOUR ORGANIZATION STAY AHEAD OF THE COMPETITION?

The COVID-19 pandemic left businesses with no choice but to rapidly accelerate their digital transformation plans, forever changing the importance of technology adoption across organizations—and change isn't going to slow down. What was learned during the pandemic and how can this knowledge be applied to organizations going forward to “future-proof” them against the next disruption? In this roundtable discussion, we’ll explore the impact of rapid digitization and pandemic-led innovations, the disruption to security and human capital, how companies are adapting to stay competitive, and what technology transformation leaders need to start implementing these initiatives now.

The Great Resignation: Inspiring Passion, Purpose and Potential

As the world emerged from the pandemic in the spring of 2021, a record four million U.S. workers, or 2.7% of the workforce, quit their jobs. This exodus is part of a global trend being called "the Great Resignation," a workforce shift away from unfulfilling and stressful jobs, toward more meaningful and purpose-driven lives. What can for-profit business leaders learn from the nonprofit sector to help embrace this shift and create more meaning in work—and at work—for their employees? What steps should be taken to prevent employee burnout and create a healthy work environment that integrates work and life? This special discussion between corporate and nonprofit leaders will focus on the strategies needed to foster a purpose-driven workplace culture and well-being that inspires employees and benefits the bottom line.
