Employees say:

"One unique aspect of this company that makes it a great place to work is the hybrid work environment. Having the flexibility to work from home several days a week allows me to be more productive and better balance my responsibilities. Additionally, the TPO team does an excellent job of fostering engagement and community within the HQ team. Their initiatives, such as monthly birthday and anniversary celebrations, wellness fairs, spontaneous yoga sessions, impromptu lunches, and fun activities like games and giveaways, create a positive and inclusive workplace culture."

Employees say:

"The company will listen to its employees and make changes accordingly. There is a genuine concern for people at all levels in the organization, which is much different than what I have experienced in the past. It is the most professionally run private organization I have worked for. I look forward to coming to work and enjoy being able to have a positive impact on the business and the people who work here."
