yeah. The biggest friend on the planet today is a form of energy dilemma that we are. We have a huge products in front of us. Between the energy we need to provide many people who don't have access to energy or to support the growth of the economy and at the same time reducing our CO two emissions, protect our own future to calling the future generation and therefore to be aligned at the end of the day with the paris agreement and the mission of friday. I think it's basically to be the digital partner of our customer for efficiency and systems we have designed over the past 10 years uh software which is called a construction resource advisor. I couldn't you know the E. F. P. Of energy and sustainability because basically you can act directly with your energy procurement. You know you can connect directly with your utilities, you can have access two X. L fi two pdf file but your objective is really to extract all those data that help you to understand your energy consumption and to reconfigurable data in the way that you can increase the way you manage them, you can improve your energy consumption, you can optimize your energy consumption. We've done it for walmart, we do it for ourselves and we do it for commercial building residential building data center infrastructure but also for the industrial sector. We have already moved from 2% of renewable. I tried to to 80% last year in only two years but now we want to go to the next level to go to 100 person. We want to be carbon neutral in our operation in the shop there then to the net zero, we have launched end of last year, our new strategy for the next cycle and one of our key commitment was to help us stop 1000 supplier, not the biggest one in size that the biggest one in CO two emission to divide by their few to emission by two by 2025 we've been overwhelmed by the, the answer, 95% of the supplier that was contacted, I've registered to the program. The reason is very simple if you want to stay in business in the coming year, you need to be all model in the way you manage your CO two emission, you need to be very transferred by publishing the footprint, the carbon footprint, the environment footprint of your product and I think they've seen the opportunity by following the initiative of Shredder to accelerate this integral transformation on their side so there and so has been extremely positive action, We've seen an acceleration of pledges which is very important and that the first step, what we need to see is an acceleration of action because now it's what you can do in the next few years to deliver short down serving in terms of so two emission but sustainability, as I used to say, it's like a martin without finishing right, you know, spent whole, it's long but you're never done with famously, you're always to invent the future on how you can bring positive impact on the climate on the people, and always inventing those things that could impact positively the huge shelf. So it's about being heard of the car.

 CLAY CHANDLER: You've been talking a lot lately about the importance of digital transformation and energy management. You had your big innovation summit just a couple of weeks ago. And that was one of your central messages to enterprises. Can you tell us a little bit about what you mean by that and why you think that's so important for the future? JEAN-PASCAL TRICOIRE: There are two aspects to that. Our job, our mission at Schneider is to make sure that everybody has access to energy, because energy is your access to decent life. But at the same time, now it has become energy and digital, because digital is your access to inclusion, economic education. So you need to bring as a package to everybody in the world, great access to energy and to digital. Then the second element of that is climate change on resolving the deadlock of climate. So on the one side, more people must have access to energy, which means energy consumption will increase in the next 20 years. And at the same time to combat climate change, we need to divide by 2 carbon emission. On climate change is about carbon emission. Carbon emissions about energy. On what we see as a major step change in the way we consume energy, on even the way we produce energy, is the use of digital. Because the future of energy is electricity, this electricity will be different. It's going to be renewable. It's going to use storage. It's going to be intermittent. And the only way to tame the intermittency and work with it is to use massively digital. So digital is the best catalyzer for carbon emission reduction and therefore, combating climate change.
