With $6.3 billion in revenue in 2021, the maker of Old Bay, Cholula, and dozens of spices is using its global market power to advance sustainability. McCormick aims to source its top five herb and spice brands 100% sustainably by 2025 (it’s already there with red pepper). It is also using 100% renewable electricity to power several of its facilities in the U.S. and the U.K., with contracts to do the same in Poland and Italy.
