So you mean you really built the maid well brand into just a shining star within the company and within retail in general. I mean tell us a little bit about some of the lessons that you learned doing that that you really would like. That you're really trying to kind of take the overall company now that you're running the whole thing. Yeah I mean listen I think a lot of what we learned over the past so many years of building a great brand and I think it's just really important to all of our brands when we think about our group of brands is really about you know creativity and great product. Um our customers um across all of the brands look for great product and design and uh if we don't have sort of an amazing amazing amazing sort of creative engine and soul within each brand we're sort of nowhere without great products and our brands so that that will always be really important, super important it made well will be and continues to be and has been very, very important at J Crew and then I think listen I think the way everyone shots today, you have to be really digital first, you have to be really sort of convenience oriented customer centric, you know, you put him at the center of every decision you make in terms of you know how you want the source to feel, how you want the app to feel how you want the website to feel and and um and that behavior is really crucial to sort of designing the whole experience and then you know, I think really relevant, successful modern brands have to have real purpose at their core and they really have to listen to their community and understand what's important and and you know people shop with brands today because yeah, they have great products but at the end of the day, you want to feel great about who you're doing business with and as a brand and as a company is a group of brands. We want to feel great about what we're doing every day. So purposes has just been is really crucial to, I think, very successful brands today.
