The global financial platform company—celebrating its 20th year on our list—looked out for employees during the pandemic: It funded the retirement plan with restricted stock units and bonuses at 100%, and continued to pay the salaries of frontline workers who staff and maintain facilities even when they were closed. Intuit also gave every employee eight days off to simply “recharge.” The company saw its stock surge ahead this year, nearly doubling from pandemic lows.
