    “We have a committee at Peppercomm entirely devoted to creating experiences for employees to have fun inside and outside of work. For our New York office, that includes going to see a Broadway show at least once a year—a personal favorite of mine as a big theatre buff. But, the team works hard to make sure events are varied so everyone has something they are interested in whether it be participating in a summer softball game, running in our annual challenge along the East river, performing stand-up comedy at a fundraiser to raise money for the ASPCA and just celebrating the various holidays throughout the year.
