“I love the team that I work with and the energy that this company brings as a whole. They really make coming into work every day extremely enjoyable. I actually enjoy waking up and coming into work every day because I feel part of something really exciting. I feel like I make a difference and that my role here is significant and I don’t know many 23-year olds that can say that about their career. Everyone at Intacct is open to helping you out if you ever need it and very invested and interested in each person’s wellbeing in the company.”
“The company motto here is ‘work and life, not work or life’ and I really enjoy working for a company that understands and values our time and energy at work as well as respecting that there needs to be that balance in order for me to do a great job and succeed in the workplace, I need to have that time outside of it as well. There is such positive energy coming into work every day as well. We are able to get our work done and do well here, but also laugh and enjoy our work, have fun with it when appropriate.”
“We get $100 toward EAT club every month which is very convenient on days when you are not able to leave the office to grab lunch or too lazy to make it at home. Also, throughout the year we have themed parties for different occasions like different holidays or seasons or just random themes like a Nacho party we had once. It’s a cool way to socialize outside of our departments and take a break and enjoy the food and company. We also have different drives throughout the year to help those less fortunate in the bay area and the one I really enjoyed was being able to make a child’s Christmas wish list come true and donate toys they wanted so they could have an enjoyable holiday season as well.”
