“The work at Crowe is challenging and very serious, but yet there is an element that everyone working with you cares about the end result which fosters collaboration. I can honestly say I enjoy everyone I work with and for. The addition of the mobility strategy reinforces the above. I live in Long Island and prior to the policy I was traveling 2 hours to get to work. The mobility policy not only saves me time and money but it also makes me more productive. Working from home, I can work 2-4 more hours per day.”

“It’s a very open culture. Everyone is open minded. You are encouraged to ask questions to any individuals at any level in the firm. The partners in our office want us at the staff level to knock on their doors not only to ask questions and learn but to get to know them personally. They comment to us that we are the partners of the future so they want to provide the knowledge and guidance we need to be successful in our jobs. I can tell you I have friends that work for other firms that do not feel comfortable walking into a senior manager’s or partner’s office and asking questions.”

“Our mobility policy tops my list. Secondly I would say our casual dress policy is awesome. Knowing that I can dress casual as long as it is appropriate is a great feeling. I am the type of individual who is more productive when I am dressed casually. Being able to get up in the morning and throw on a pair of jeans and a button down and either go to work or stay at home is unbeatable. Additionally, I do enjoy the gym membership reimbursement policy that Crowe provides as they genuinely care about my health.”
