    “Management has a great feel for all of its employees. Everyone has their expectations no matter the job, but they know who to push, when to push, and how to push employees to better themselves and making the employee feel accomplished about their goals. At least this is my experience. I’ve never felt like any goal of mine, or what the company has for me, is not obtainable. VU gives us the resources to obtain these goals and helps to reach them all while keeping a great work life balance. Family is first with this company.
