    “Everyone is treated with kindness and respect, regardless of your place in the hierarchy. Partners of the firm are expected (and do!) work with the same level of courtesy and friendliness as the receptionist or office coordinator. People take interest in each other regardless of job title/status,” says one millennial employee at this global consulting firm.

     

    “What makes it unique is that they try really hard to not have an hierarchy firm. I can be in a meeting and if I have a valid point, I am encouraged to speak regardless of rank. I have worked at other corporations where title is valued a lot and you have to ‘earn’ your place in the seat in order to collaborate,” says another millennial.
