“Training and growing is not just available, there is a sense that everyone is looking for ways to challenge themselves and continue to develop, personally and professionally. Rackers can spend time shadowing any other role in the company to learn and grow professionally, expanding their views of the company. There is ample room given by leadership for Rackers to take initiative, find problems and be part of the solution to that problem. “The encouragement to gain more knowledge/grow yourself. The education program allows you to take classes for certifications or just to be better informed on technology, whether they apply to your current position or not, and you are given the time to take the classes that interest you, not just a ‘on your own time’ type situation. They highly encourage team building, and have quarterly ‘outings’ for teams to go hangout and build stronger bonds during work hours,” says another millennial.
