“People care about one another and there is a great team environment and the feeling that we truly are all in this together. Hard work is rewarded with recognition and managers help employees to reach their full potential. Work-life balance is important and is promoted. As a mother, I feel like management takes my personal life into consideration and I am not made to feel any less an asset to the team when I have competing priorities,” says one millennial employee.
According to another millennial: “The environment is always friendly and positive. Management listens to ideas of every individual and works toward implementing those ideas. If they cannot do so then there is a discussion as to why not. If I have a issue, whether it be work related or personal, everyone reaches out to make sure that I am OK and ask if anything is needed.”
