According to one millennial employee: “Although I have only been with the firm for three months, KPMG places far more emphasis on Work/Life Balance than I expected prior to joining the firm. As a staff level employee, it is reassuring and encouraging to see those in the management level lead happy lives outside of work. Although the work environment is demanding, KPMG prides itself on promoting the notion that work is not the only thing important to the firm through its schedule of philanthropy events, social gatherings, and other activities. It is also clear to me in my short time here that, for as big of a firm as it is, KPMG does care about and listen to the opinions of their employees, and management will act accordingly to given recommendations.
