“Success of a great company always starts at the top—Mr. Mark Laport, our CEO, is a down-to-earth guy who genuinely cares for all his employees. The corporate office is always available and treats every one of our hotels with respect. My regionals are two of the best bosses I could ever ask for. They are also always available and visit us on a regular basis. You are not just a number in this company—if you are a good employee, you get rewarded. As far as management, they provide great conferences and events for us to attend. I never want to leave Concord. I consider each co-worker as family,” says one millennial.
“I have never worked for a company that made me feel that I could go beyond just the position that I am in. My GM Alex Starr is always encouraging me to take on other task and encourages me to learn. I also appreciate how she follows up and ask if any of my task have been accomplished.
