“This job has the most flexibility of any job I have ever had. I started with this company part-time, as an on-call, filling in when a full-time associate was out sick or on vacation. I was allowed to set perimeters on distance I would travel to for work, availability, etc. The on-call position was perfect for me as a mom of small children who only wanted to work part-time. The pay, the hours, and the environment were better than most part-time offerings available to me. As a full-time employee for nearly 5 years now, the pay is better, the hours are great, and I work in a happy, productive environment.
