    “This job has the most flexibility of any job I have ever had. I started with this company part-time, as an on-call, filling in when a full-time associate was out sick or on vacation. I was allowed to set perimeters on distance I would travel to for work, availability, etc. The on-call position was perfect for me as a mom of small children who only wanted to work part-time.
