Says another baby boomer: “The company is very employee friendly. Seems like management goes out of its way to make this an enjoyable place to work. Simple things like ping pong tables, free popcorn, and massages. There are regular gifts to the employees, often sweets like chocolates which go over very well. The officers periodically serve a free breakfast to the employees. There are bi weekly social hours every even Thursday to get employees together in a non-work environment. The biggest thing to me though is the great financial results Acuity turns in. Growth and profitability. This provides for a secure work place. People don’t get laid off around here.
