“We are weird, quirky, love to have fun, and give back to our communities. We tie those events back to a charity that is local or national. For example, we had a huge bags tournament, and the winners got to pick a charity of their choice that Flexera would donate to. We had another event for Valentine’s using Crush soda cans that people could purchase to send to people in the business that showcased some of our core values (passion, candor, professionalism). The money raised was then matched by Flexera and given to a charity. We are investing more time into our DEI efforts, such as bringing in guest speakers to speak about topics like LGBTQ, Black history, mental awareness, etc. on our company FlexTalks to educate our community!”
