“Executives provide a lot of autonomy to managers and individual contributors, which allows everyone feel like they can make a difference at Divvy. We are a much larger company now; however, leaders at Divvy still expect and trust employees to push the company forward and value action. Customers: Divvy goes above and beyond. I have seen Divvy go above and beyond for customers for their wellbeing. We had customers, who had one member of their family in a wheelchair. Divvy employees found this out when we were inspecting a home and realized that the home did not have wheelchair access to the front door. When Divvy purchased the home, at Divvy’s expense, a wheelchair ramp was built to the front door. There are many stories like this.”
