“Management is phenomenally transparent and honest. Everything and everyone is an open book, employees are encouraged to ask questions. I asked a lot of questions during my two weeks of onboarding meetings, and all were answered in detail. There are zero barriers between the CEO and employees. No one is too important to talk. Management promotes work-life balance, which the CEO prefers to call work-life “boundary”. PTO is unmonitored and unlimited, and incredibly flexible. My manager said ski season is coming up and asked if I wanted to adjust my regular working hours and days so I could ski on weekday mornings. He knows this makes me happy and productive during work hours, and the company have my loyalty for this reason!”
