    While most companies say diversity is a top priority, Kimpton’s commitment goes above and beyond. The boutique hotel and restaurant group launched several inclusive hiring initiatives in 2019, working with organizations like Trans Can Work and the Mom Project, which helps mothers return to the workforce. Kimpton also partnered with the DirectEmployers Association, which posts the company’s open positions on more than 200 diversity, disability, and military-network job boards. More than half of Kimpton’s full- and part-time workers (56%) are members of minority groups.
