    One of the nation’s big three credit bureaus, Experian scores its first year on the list with a culture encouraging diversity. Here, employees host a wide range of multicultural celebrations, often hiring performers during festivities honoring, say, Diwali or Black History Month. Last year CEO Craig Boundy led the Dragon Dance during Lunar New Year celebrations. But it’s not just about cultural and racial diversity: “As a caregiver and someone who has dealt with depression, I’ve never seen a company go to such lengths with respect to diversity and inclusion,” says one employee.
