    Cooley LLP has headed up some of the tech world’s biggest deals, including Uber’s IPO, from its Silicon Valley headquarters. The firm is also on the cutting edge of inclusion, becoming one of the first to implement the “Mansfield Rule,” which obliges companies to consider underrepresented groups in the hiring process. After doing so, Cooley received a special commendation for creating a leadership cadre that consists of more than 30% women and minorities.
