With 93 hotels around the world and 60 new properties under development, career opportunities abound for Four Seasons’ workers. All jobs at the department head level and below are posted internally for a minimum of five days, and all interested applicants have to be interviewed before an offer can be made to an outside candidate. Nearly half (49%) of all positions are filled through internal promotion. One employee told us, “They promote from within often and encourage employees to pursue the field that interests or best suits them, even though it may require a transfer to another department or even another property.” Read the Great Place to Work review here.
