    As long as they work at least 20 hours a week, all employees at this Big Four professional services firm who use flexible work arrangements are eligible for full-time benefits. The company has promoted more than 250 partners, principals, executive directors and directors who used flexible work arrangements. An unusual, and hopefully little-used, benefit: When an employee passes away, the company immediately sends either four months’ salary or $50,000, net of taxes, to help the person’s family deal with costs.
