Founder Maxine Clark handed over the reins to Sharon Price John in June of 2013 and she promptly introduced a new logo and rallied employees with more store competitions and opportunities to win more prizes through their Atta Bear recognition program. Recently she has refreshed the brand, positioned a new leadership team, and introduced a transparent five-year strategy to become a sustainable company._ Associates have embraced these changes and have rallied behind her mission to achieve those goals. By the end of 2015, the stock had more than doubled since she started, and employees are charmed.
