    ARI manages over two million cars, trucks, and specialty vehicles for more than 3,000 companies and government agencies, including FedEx, New York City, ExxonMobil, Walt Disney, Google, and IBM. The company says its Partners In Excellence program, led by a committee of staff members, is “the glue that holds ARI together.” PIE committee members conduct monthly team and department communications and recognition meetings. Employees who submit cost-saving or revenue-generating ideas are entered into a quarterly raffle to win a vacation day or, if their suggestion is implemented, share in the projected savings or revenues it creates, from $200 to $15,000.
