    Retailer of storage containers went public in 2013. A quarter of its employees own stock in the company thanks to a direct share program that set aside 14% of the company’s total shares at the time of the company’s IPO. The 70-store chain said it would stick to its game plan. There were no layoffs and full-time, front-line workers continue to be paid an average of nearly $50,000 a year, double the retail average. On the 2015 docket are new stores in Glendale, Phoenix, Tucson and Milwaukee.
