    To refresh its high-energy culture, this Sacramento-area grocery chain rented out a school last year and converted it to “Nugget High,” taking their managers back to school for a day. The “students” followed a typical high school schedule but the courses were not. The “Drama” class, for example, involved role-playing service scenarios that often occur in stores. In a nod to Fast Times at Ridgemont High, fun-loving Nugget had pizzas delivered to class, interrupting the teachers.
