CarMax offers a comprehensive relocation package, which includes helping to set up house-hunting trips, covering temporary housing costs, paying for moving expenses, and covering new-home closing costs. In many cases the company even purchases the employee’s old home if a buyer can’t be found. Some 465 associates relocated in 2014.
