Spring has arrived and with it comes an all-new Oreo flavor just in time.
Strawberry Shortcake Oreos, layering vanilla cookies with a pale pink strawberry-flavored middle, will hit Walmart (WMT) shelves nationwide on April 4, reported Consumerist.
While the flavor is a popular Valentine’s Day special, seen in products like white chocolate M&Ms and candy corn this year, Oreo opted to skip the typical pink-drenched holiday and launch the new flavor in time for warmer weather.

A leaked image of the Strawberry Shortcake Oreos made its way onto Instagram this week, and Mondelez (MDLZ) officially confirmed the launch Tuesday. They will be available as a limited edition in the brand’s smaller 10.7-ounce packages.
