Telogis, an Aliso Viejo, Calif.-based SaaS platform for mobile fleet management and imagery content solutions, has raised $93 million in new VC funding. Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers led the round, and was joined by undisclosed “growth equity and crossover funds.”

Cydan LLC, a Cambridge, Mass.-based orphan drug accelerator, has raised $10 million in new VC funding. Lundbeckfond Ventures and Bay City Capital were joined by return backers New Enterprise Associates, Pfizer Venture Investments and Alexandria Venture Investments.

Quri, a San Francisco-based provider of retail analytics and intelligence, has raised $10 million in Series B funding. Matrix Partners led the round, and was joined by return backers Catamount Ventures and Simon Equity Partners.

Sefaira, a London-based provider of software for energy-efficient building design, has raised $7.2 million in new VC funding from existing investors Braemar Energy Ventures, Chrysalix SET and Hermes GPE. The company also secured a $2 million venture debt facility from Silicon Valley Bank.

, a Boston-based browser-based algorithmic trading platform, has raised $6.7 million in Series A funding from Khosla Ventures and return backer Spark

Traxo, a Dallas-based personal travel organizer, has raised $4.2 million in Series A funding from Advantage Capital Partners, Silver Creek Ventures and Thayer Ventures.

PowerByProxi, a New Zealand-based developer of a wireless power system, has raised US$4 million in VC funding from Samsung Ventures Investment Corp.

Opsona Therapeutics Ltd., a Dublin-based innate immune drug development company, has raised €3 million in new Series C funding from Omnes Capital. This brings the round total to €36 million, including an earlier close from BB Biotech Ventures, Novartis Venture Fund, Sunstone Capital, Baxter Ventures, Amgen Ventures and EMBL Ventures, while other returnees included Fountain Healthcare Partners, Roche Venture Fund and Seroba Kernel Life Sciences.

CardFlight, a New York-based company that helps developers to integrate in-person card payments into their own app, has raised $1.6 million in seed funding. ff Venture Capital led the round, and was joined by Great Oaks Venture Capital, Payment Ventures, Apostolos Apostolakis, Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator and Plug & Play Ventures.

Angolia, a Paris-based provider of an SaaS search API for developers, has raised $1.5 million in seed funding from Index Ventures, Point Nine Capital and Alven Capital.

Tackk, a Cleveland-based online content creation and sharing tool, has raised $1.2 million in new VC funding. ff Venture Capital led the round and was joined by return backers like Hatch Partners and Drummond Road Capital.
