Advent International and CDIB Capital have acquired “a significant equity position” in the parent company of retailer The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. Also participating on the deal were Mirae Asset Private Equity and the company’s founding Sasoon family (which will retain an equity stake)

The Blackstone Group has decreased its buyout offer for Pactera Technology International Ltd.(Nasdaq: PACT), a China-based provider of global consulting and technology services, from $7.50 per share to $7 per share. This lowers the offer’s overall value from $680 million to $600 million. Significant Pactera shareholders include GGV Capital (7% stake).

H2 Equity Partners has acquired Eurocell Ltd., a UK-based maker and distributor of PVC-u profiles and roofline products. No financial terms were disclosed.
