Open English, a Miami, Fla.-based online language school in Latin America, has raised $65 million in Series D funding at a valuation just south of $350 million, according to VentureWire. Technology Crossover Ventures led the round. The company previously raised around $50 million from Flybridge Capital Partners, Kaszek Ventures, Insight Venture Partners and Redpoint Ventures.www.openenglish.com

Topera Inc.
, a San Diego-based developer of 3D electrophysiological mapping systems, has raised $25 million in Series C funding. New Enterprise Associates led the round, and was joined by a “new strategic partner” and undisclosed return backers. www.toperamedical.com

, a Durham, N.C.-based developer of dermatology therapeutics, has raised $16 million in Series A funding. Morgenthaler Ventures led the round, and was joined by Technology Partners.www.sderm.com

PresenceLearning, a San Francisco-based provider of online speech and occupational therapy services for K-12 students, has raised $8 million in new VC funding. New Markets Venture Partnersand Blue Heron Capital co-led the round, and were joined by Birchmere Ventures and return backers Catamount Ventures, Calvert Funds, and Allen & Company. www.presencelearning.com

Bookshout, a Dallas-based digital book distribution and engagement platform, has raised $6 million in Series B funding led by Ambassador Enterpriseswww.bookshout.com

NaviHealth, a Nashville, Tenn.-based post-acute care benefit manager, has raised an undisclosed amount of VC funding from BlueShield Venture Partners. Other company shareholders include Welsh, Carson, Anderson and Stowe, Universal American and Select Medical Corporation.www.navihealth.us
