Arlington Capital Partners has acquired Micron Technologies Inc., a Malvern, Penn.-based provider of particle size reduction and analytical services to the pharmaceutical industry. No financial terms were disclosed.

Cerberus Capital Management has completed its previously-announced acquisition of a group of grocery, supermarket and in-store pharmacy brands from Supervalu Inc. (NYSE: SVU) for $3.3 billion ($100m cash, $3.2b debt assumption). The included assets were Albertsons, Acme, Jewel-Osco, Shaw’s and Star Market stores and related Osco and Sav-on in-store pharmacies. Joining Cerberus in the investor group were Kimco Realty Corp. (NYSE: KIM), Klaff Realty LP, Lubert-Adler Partners and Schottenstein Real Estate Group.

Paine & Partners confirmed that it has acquired Placentia, Calif.-based frozen strawberry producer Sunrise Growers from Sun Capital Partners, as Fortune had reported earlier this month. No financial terms were disclosed.

Sherbrooke Capital has acquired an undisclosed stake in Halfpops Inc., a Woodinville, Wash.-based maker of a partially-popped popcorn snack. No financial terms were disclosed.
