Arlington Capital Partners has acquired Micron Technologies Inc., a Malvern, Penn.-based provider of particle size reduction and analytical services to the pharmaceutical industry. No financial terms were disclosed. www.microntech.com

Cerberus Capital Management has completed its previously-announced acquisition of a group of grocery, supermarket and in-store pharmacy brands from Supervalu Inc. (NYSE: SVU) for $3.3 billion ($100m cash, $3.2b debt assumption). The included assets were Albertsons, Acme, Jewel-Osco, Shaw’s and Star Market stores and related Osco and Sav-on in-store pharmacies. Joining Cerberus in the investor group were Kimco Realty Corp. (NYSE: KIM), Klaff Realty LP, Lubert-Adler Partners and Schottenstein Real Estate Group. www.supervalu.com

Paine & Partners confirmed that it has acquired Placentia, Calif.-based frozen strawberry producer Sunrise Growers from Sun Capital Partners, as Fortune had reported earlier this month. No financial terms were disclosed. www.sunrisegrowers.com
