ChaCha, a Carmel, Ind.-based realtime Q&A site, has raised $14 million in Series G funding. VentureWire reports that the round was done at a valuation of around $75 million. Return backers included VantagePoint Venture Partners, Qualcomm Ventures and Rho Ventures. The company now has raised over $80 million in total VC funding. www.chacha.com

Zoom, a cloud-based video conferencing and virtual collaboration platform, has raised $6 million in Series A funding. Backers include Qualcomm Ventures, Jerry Yang (Yahoo founder), Subrah Iyar (WebEx founder), and Dan Scheinman (ex-Cisco exec). www.zoom.us

Medisse BV, a Dutch developer of resorbable implants, has raised €2.6 million in new VC funding. IIG led the round, and was joined by return backers BioGeneration Ventures and Omnes Capital.www.medisse.com

FarmLogs, a Michigan-based startup that helps farmers digitally manage their farm to increase profitability, has raised $1 million in seed funding. Huron River Ventures and Hyde Park Venture Partners co-led the round, and were joined by Hyde Park Angels, Silicon Badia Ventures, and First-Step Fund. www.farmlogs.com

, a New Brunswick, N.J.-based developer of an oral medication to reduce involuntary movements related to L-Dopa use in Parkinson’s patients, has secured up to $500,000 in funding fromFoundation Venture Capital Group, an affiliate of the New Jersey Health Foundation. www.njhf.org
