23andMe, a Mountain View, Calif.-based personal genetics company, has raised $50 million in Series D funding. Yuri Milner was joined by return backers Sergey Brin, 23andMe CEO Anne Wojcicki, New Enterprise Associates, Google Ventures and MPM Capital. www.23andme.com

Cerapedics Inc., a Westminster, Colo.-based developer of biologic bone grafts, has raised $19 million in Series C funding. MedImmune Ventures and CVF co-led the round, and were joined by return backers OrbiMed Advisors and NGN Capital. www.cerapedics.com

River Vision Development Corp., a New York-based developer of a treatment for treatment of Graves’ Orbitopathy, has raised $17 million in Series A funding. SR One and Lundbeckfond Ventures co-led the round, and were joined by Narrow River Management. www.srone.com

Prescription Eyewear Ltd., a UK-based ecommerce company focused on glasses and other optical products, has raised £12 million in new VC funding. Backers included Acton Capital Partners, Highland Capital Partners, Index Ventures, GP Bull Hound Sidecar, Silicon Valley Bank and Kreos Capital. The company also has acquired LensOn.com, a Sweden–based online retailer of contact lenses, for an undisclosed amount. www.glassesdirect.co.uk

Propel Fuels, a Redwood City, Calif.-based operator of renewable fuel stations, has raised $11 million in a first close to its series D funding round. Gentry Venture Partners was joined by return backers Nth Power, Craton Equity Partners and @Ventures. The company also secured $10 million in debt financing from CapX Partners. www.propelfuels.com

Trustpilot, a community for shared online shopping experiences, has raised € 10 million in new VC funding. Index Ventures led the round, and was joined by return backers SEED Capital Denmark and Northzone. www.trustpilot.com

Jibe Mobile, a Mountain View, Calif.-based developer of a platform that will help mobile developers integrate new telecom standards like Joyn and RCS 5, has raised $8.3 million in VC funding from Vodafone Ventures, Tokyo-based gaming company MTI and other undisclosed investors. www.jibemobile.com

Koozoo
, a San Francisco-based network of smartphone video cameras with live views of public spaces, has raised $2.5 million in seed funding co-led by New Enterprise Associates and Tugboat Ventures. www.koozoo.com

Canopy Labs, a customer data analytics startup with offices in Toronto and San Francisco, has raised $1.5 million in new VC funding. BDC IT Venture Fund led the round, and were joined by Valar Ventures and Y Combinator. www.canopylabs.com
