AEA Investors and Teachers’ Private Capital have acquired Dematic, a German provider of in warehouse technology and materials handling solutions, from Triton Private Equity. No financial terms were disclosed, although earlier press reports suggested an asking price of between €700 million and €800 million. Barclays managed the process. www.dematic.us

Ampersand Capital Partners has acquired Willow Laboratories, a Lynn, Mass.–based clinical and forensic toxicology lab. No financial terms were disclosed. www.willowlabs.com

The Blackstone Group and LLOG Exploration Co., a privately-held oil and gas company based in Louisiana, have formed a strategic partnership that includes a commitment to invest a combined $1.2 billion into LLOG’s offshore operations in the Gulf of Mexico. www.blackstone.com

Partners Group has invested an undisclosed amount into SBF Group, a Brazilian sporting goods retailer. www.partnersgroup.com
